The new attraction at Pittsburgh Mills Mall that we reported on a little while ago is officially open!
FRASER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Friday was opening day for Sky Trail Explorer, in the Galleria Food Court at Pittsburgh Mills.
Course manager Walter Pyle says you can choose your own path, walking the high ropes course 32 feet above the floor.
“You get harnessed in and make your own adventure. We don’t set a path for you. Basically, when you’re harnessed in, you go your own way.”
It’s high adventure, Tarzan style. Four-year-old Brooklyn Corbett sticks with the Sky Tykes Trail, 3 feet from the ground.
“She loved it,” says her grandmother, Mary Ann Corbett. “She loves to climb, she loves gymnastics, she loves anything like this.”
Ranging from $7 to $14, sky trail is a walk through the jungle without the mosquitoes.
